By using this website, submitting a form, or opting into our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the messaging program.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to:

• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems;
• upload files containing malware or content you do not have the right to share;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload or disrupt the site.

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer to transport goods.

3. SMS Terms of Service

This section governs the LVA Logistics Inc text messaging program. It is designed to satisfy mobile carrier and A2P 10DLC requirements.

3.1 Consent

By opting in you agree to receive automated and manual text messages from LVA Logistics Inc at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of receiving a quote, or of any purchase. You represent that you are the subscriber of, or are authorized to use, the mobile number you give us.

3.2 Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as described above and we will resume sending messages.

3.4 Carriers and Delivery

The service is available on most major US carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or our messaging platform provider, is permitted.

4. Quotes and Freight Services

Rates quoted through this website, by email or by phone are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid only for the period stated. Final pricing depends on verified weight, dimensions, commodity, accessorials, permits, fuel and available capacity.

Transportation services are governed by the rate confirmation, bill of lading and any separate transportation agreement between the parties, together with applicable federal regulations. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, those documents control. Cargo liability is limited as stated in our insurance certificate and the governing shipping documents.

5. Driver Applicants and File Uploads

If you apply for a driving position and upload a CDL or other document, you confirm that the document is genuine, that it is yours, and that you are authorized to share it. We use it only to evaluate your application and to satisfy driver qualification file requirements.

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship or a promise of employment. All positions are subject to verification of your driving record, background and qualifications, and to applicable federal motor carrier safety regulations.

Do not upload documents containing information you do not want us to hold. Do not send Social Security numbers or financial account numbers through this website.

6. Intellectual Property

The LVA Logistics Inc name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by LVA Logistics Inc and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission, except for ordinary personal or internal business reference.

7. Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVA Logistics Inc and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising out of your use of this website or the text messaging program — including undelivered or delayed messages — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This section does not affect any dispute resolution provisions in a separate transportation agreement between us.
